What is your return policy?



All non-customized couture including handbags, fascinators & denim can be returned within the first 5 business days upon receipt of the package ONLY if an item is not worn and undamaged. To return merchandise please email jadealyciainc@aol.com to request a refund. Please allow up to 3-5 business for your request and refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement.


** Please note all return shipping is at the cost of the customer.**




All tech downloads & Individually customized designs including garments and handbags are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Do you sell gift cards?

No, unfortunately we do not have gift cards available momentarily.
